My FR-S has been one of the best decisions I had done in my life. I am a car enthusiast and this car was the best bang for my buck. It's an affordable sports car, under $30K, and extremely fun to drive. The exterior design is sleek, modern and young. The car handles extremely well, probably it's best feature. You can take a turn at a relatively high speed and feel practically no roll because of how low the engine sits and it's overall low center of gravity. This makes it a very fun car around corners. The horsepower isn't impressive, but option to have it in a manual transmission makes accelerating enjoyable and gives you full control.
Story
I went driving up the Angeles Crest National Forrest Highway starting from La Canada. The road is long and windy with beautiful scenic views of LA. In my FR-S I was able to take the road at a reasonable aggressive level, and the ride felt spectacular. The car turned with ease, hugged the road, and the shifting gears at every turn, elevation and straightaway was extremely fun. It kindled my pas... (more)
Pros
Besides from the great price and superb handling as stated above, this car has a very cool interior with two suede bucket seats that hug on to the passengers and make you feel ready for a fun ride. Everything is black in the inside with a cool touch-screen stereo screen which makes the whole thing feel very sleek and modern. The car is overall pretty to look at, I get several compliments. I personally enjoy customizing my car and the FR-S is a perfect base car with a lot to work with and improve, therefore it makes a perfect project car. The car also comes with a Pioneer sound system that ... (more)
Cons
The car is small. There are two back seats but it is virtually impossible for people in the back to be comfortable, as the front seats will be pressed up against the back passengers legs. The sound system is very good, as stated above, but lacks bass. I installed a sub woofer to correct the problem. The car is a bit low, which makes certain bumps and holes a bit of a pain to maneuver carefully in order to avoid scratching the bumper. Also, the stock exhaust has a very weak sound for such an aggressive looking car.

My tC, although a two door, has the same interior space regardless of what seat you sit in. The driver and passenger seat chair lay completely flat which is helpful for when I have to pack up my car when doing events. It gives extra space for transport of items. The back seat can lay flat in order to allow for more space in the trunk. The original speakers that come with the car are not very powerful. You will be able to hear a lot of road noise; it is not a quiet ride. But overall, it is a great car for anyone that is looking for an affordable two door car.
Story
Although it is a small car, it was a surprise that the back seat can let down and hold a lot of items when you need to transport items.
Pros
The dark interior of the car was something that was very important to me. I also liked that the car had a sports car feel. I love that there are sensors that will not allow you to lock your keys in the car.
Cons
The car is completely glass on the top. This may be a concern if the car gets into an automobile accident. Lots of loud road noise. When opening your vehicle's hatch, there is a gel pad that you have to squeeze to open. Due to the extreme hot weather, the gel pad will melt and then freeze when cold which makes it impossible for you to open.
