My car was amazing from the day I saw it. It had a unique color to it with particles in the paint. This allowed less dirt to be seen. It is also very fuel efficient. I average 32 mpgs and I travel close to 10,000 miles per year. I have owned my scion tc since 2009 and it has about 56,000 miles on it and the maintenance has been minimal. It has a Camry engine so all the reliability of Toyota but in a nicer body style for younger individuals. It has a roomy interior and can seat 5 easily. The back seat can also be laid down. This allows for amazing hauling capacity. I do not own another larger vehicle but for me and my wife it allows us to transport nearly anything we need. I have fit a whole apartment room in one trip in my car. My mom always was stunned I could fit everything for colle... (more)
Story
My car was roomy enough for me to pack a whole DDR dance pad. It made the whole beach trip I was having amazing. It also allowed all of my friends to easily get transported to and from the beach.
Pros
It is a safe car. It is very roomy.
Cons
Blind spots are somewhat larger than a normal car due to the body of the car.

This is the perfect coupe car. While only a two door, there is a ton of room in the backseat as well as the hatch. It's two-cylinder engine feels like a four and has the get-up-and-go that you need. It's stylish looking, with the 2008 being the best version between the original and newer-streamlined one.
Story
Myself being short, it was an entertaining experience driving out of town with two people over 6' tell and over 200lbs in the backseat. The fit comfortably and even fell asleep during the trip!
Pros
The original selling point was the bonus feature of a moon-roof. I also love that, while being a two-door coupe, I was still able to fit a 42" television in the backseat!
Cons
The original tires that the model came with (Yokohama) are less than impressive. Overall there is a general tire issue as the standard rims require a higher quality and pricier tire, but they don't last very long and you have to replace them almost yearly.

This car was the first car purchase that I made on my own and I am very happy with the choice that I made. I live in a city and regardless of the fact that it was a manual transmission, it is a great car to drive here. It is great on gas, and really easy to maneuver. I don't get to drive it as much anymore because of the fact that my city has such great public transit, but I let my significant other drive it often and she loves the car and chooses that over walking half of the time (which is way faster).
Pros
The gas mileage on the car is great, I often go over a week without having to refill it at all. It is also very compact. I can fit in very tight spots in the city that other cars would otherwise never be able to fit inside. This is also convenient because many of the parking lots in my city have designated compact car spots and I will always luck out and snag a spot there when I drive it to work or to an outing with friends.
Cons
The stick shift in this car was difficult to master at first. I went into the initial purchase having never driven a manual car but was convinced I wanted to teach myself how to learn. Once I mastered it, it was okay. Often times driving in the city with manual transmission was easy, but hills were difficult sometimes when I would go into the suburbs.
