Best purchase I have ever made.
This SUV has literally everything you can possibly need and makes driving so much more enjoyable. It is sturdy feeling inside and out with high quality leather and suede headliner. Driving this SUV gives you a sense of luxury with a hint of ruggedness. Just knowing that you can easily switch drive modes to combat any driving conditions is a huge bonus for me. The V8 engine is powerful, however, I believe there may be a defect in the transmission that causes it to feel a bit sluggish when switching from 2nd to 3rd gear. I will have the service department take a look at this at my next maintenance appointment. The heated/air conditioned seats are comfortable and have multiple adjustment modes to form to any body type. The touch screen radio is easy to maneuver and the steering wheel controls feel natural to use when in motion. The hands-free calling feature is user friendly and the sound quality in-call is crystal clear. The Harmon Karmen stereo seriously rocks! There is a built in amp and subs that give a clear bass output even at very high volume. This SUV gives you the ability to raise or lower the hydraulics depending on if you will be on a highway or off-road adventure.

Overpriced and cramped
My Jeep Grand Cherokee 75th Anniversary Edition in Silver Billet w/ Monkey Bronze Accents is a beautiful to look at but looks can be deceiving. The popularity of Jeep has exploded to the point that the vehicles are way overpriced without the long term Blue Book value to support them. Perhaps, most importantly, there are several potential issues with the vehicle. First, the sleek styling has create a vehicle both too light and too narrow to adequately support comfortable seating in the 2nd row and enough storage in the back to align with the type of adventures both the brand and its drivers typically engage in. Second, the leather seats quickly wrinkle, especially on the driver side. I have seen this problem with every Jeep Grand Cherokee my friends and colleagues own. Last, but not least, the external noise is far too loud inside the vehicle. Jeep only provides strong seals on the most expensive model. The dealership has verified and stated this is a common complaint. On a positive note, the aesthetics and ability to drive in all weather is a plus. The lighter weight, however, can be problematic in deep snow and the fragile build of the vehicle means that even slight accidents will cause enormous damage.
