My Kia has true four-wheel drive that is hard to find in all-wheel drive and four-wheel drive SUVs. I live in Florida and drive in deep sand at the beach and in areas where I fish, and the four-wheel drive has always performed well. The Sorento is also wide enough to put my golf clubs across the back without having to lay down the back seat. This roominess has allowed me to carry four sets of golf clubs and three passengers to a from a golf course in confront.
Story
We went to the beach to go swimming and drove down the beach before we got out to swim. While we were in the water, a group of five trucks started to drive down our tracks and got stuck. Once we got done swimming, we drove up to them and pulled three of the trucks out before we left for home.
Pros
True four-wheel drive system that engages and disengages on demand. Good fuel economy for a SUV. Around town I get 19 miles per gallon, and on the highway, I get 24 miles per gallon, unless I drive over 70 mile per hour. Reliable running vehicle. Over the years I have owned this Kia, I have had only one breakdown while I was driving. It was a blown radiator hose while in stop-and-go traffic.
Cons
Poor wheel bearing design requiring replacement. I have replaced three wheel bearings in just over 200,000 miles. In order to lay down the back seats, you have to remove the head rest. This requires you to remove the head rest and place them in the floorboard before you release the seat forward.

I bought this KIA used and it works great I haven't had to many problems with it and it preforms great. I have driven it to many states all the way to Washington down to California and it preformed just fine. Although It did blow a gasket once on the way back from a trip.

Pros
There's not many features for the car and I like that its simple. I like this cars air conditioning it doesn't sound that important but in So Cal it gets very hot in the summer and turning on this A/C is like going into a freezer I love it. I really enjoy how the car handles and it responds very well to my movements I feel as though I am one with the car.
Cons
I don't like the look of the car sometimes it looks very boxy and clunky. I dislike the cruise control as its not very intuitive and its almost intrusive if you have long legs like I do. I really dislike the trunk its very small and I wish I had more room to put things back there. It takes up a lot of gas if you drive it too fast and that can be a problem if your tight on money and need to get somewhere fast.
