Overall great, reliable vehicle
This is my first time owning a Kia and I have to say I am impressed. I'd always thought of Kia as a "low end" brand and thought I'd be a Honda owner for life but this car has really changed my mind. I feel like I got a great car for the value and it has so many more features and options that all came standard. The interior feels high-end and has held up well almost 2 years into ownership. Up to this point we have not had to have to take it in for service, aside from standard maintenance. The ride is very smooth and quiet...Little to no outside noise. Kia seemed to put a lot of thought into little details such as lights with an on/off switch for the vanity mirrors and retractable price act screens that cover the back windows. Each of the back seats has individual vents for heat/air conditioning and there is a separate control for the 3rd row so it doesn't have to run at all times. There is plenty of storage space in the back and our car included a welled matt to keep the interior fabric clean. If you need more room the back seats fold flat to create more space. Under the back matt there is a hidden compartment for private storage as well. From the outside you wouldn't think there is much space but inside the car it is very roomy. There is plenty of leg room and the seats go back far enough to accommodate even very tall people. The engine doesn't ever seem to strain even when accelerating or climbing hills. The electronics are a great feature as well...Bluetooth, Sirius radio and the option to store music on a hard drive in case you find yourself without CDs. Overall this is a quality vehicle and I would definitely rebuy again next time I need a car.

Our 2014 Kia Sorrento has served us well over the last year. We have three children ages 9, 7 and 8 months. They fit quite well in the back seat with our infant car seat positioned in the middle. The anchors to hook up our car seat base are easily accessible and we don't have to waste time fishing around to find them. Great gas mileage compared to our other car, so that was a huge plus for us! We really like the EcoBoost feature and use it when traveling long distances on the highway. Although the Sorento is a smaller SUV, it doesn't have that "toy car" feel to it. When driving, we feel safe and secure. The body of the car is strong and sturdy and it doesn't feel like we are going to get blown off the road from a wind gust or sucked under a tractor trailer. The tires hug the road and allow for a smooth ride. The trunk of the car has so much space and there is even a storage compartment with a cover on the floor, we use this to store our antifreeze, windshield wiper fluid and stuff to clean the car. It's nice because we can close the lid and not have to worry about those things rolling around the trunk.
