Overall Good Feelings
Overall very dependable, I have had no major repairs, and I follow the recommended maintenance. I can't say I have any major complaints as I crossed the 100,000 mile mark. I have only had this car for a year and some months now. This would be my second Kia Sorento. My brother completely destroyed my first Sorento, and he walked away with only a busted knee. The safety features swayed me to buy my second Sorento. The truck can be bouncy, I knew that from my first Sorento. Bought from a rental company with 12,000 miles on it. Interior carpet is flimsy as is the plastic arm rest, speaker covers and inside cover of rear hatch. Recent temperamental cabin fan switch problem which I understand may be a cheap repair. Can't seem to get anyone to remove the roof rack cross bars.

A great, safe, and reliable SUV.
The Kia Sorrento continues to be one of the safest SUVs on the road. It is large enough for my needs and small enough to park almost anywhere. I recently passed the 115,000 mark on my Sorrento, and I've only had a couple of problems with it through the years. Overall, I'd say that it is a reliable car. I have the base model that has cloth seats, a CD player, and only A/C vents in the front and, after ten years, my family is just now beginning to outgrow it. Overall, I would highly recommend the Kia Sorrento.
