This is my second Kia Sorento. Between the two Sorentos, I had a Sportage. I only kept the Sportage for a year because I missed the larger size of the Sorento. The name of my Sorento is "Bruiser." I gave him that name because he is a purple/burgundy color like a bruise. This is my first car with a back-up camera and alert, and I don't know how we lived without this! I wish it had a nav, but at the same time, I have a portable nav so that works fine. I am very tall, and I find that the Sorento has plenty of leg and head room for me both in the front seats and the back seats. The cargo room in the back is larger than most other SUVs including my dad's Lexus 350. My Sorento is a four cylinder and surprisingly can be quite peppy despite that fact. The interior of this car is very n... (more)
Story
I love bringing home the Christmas tree in 85 degree weather with the tree sticking out of the back of my Sorento.
Pros
The main pro on this vehicle has to be the price. This being my fourth Kia, I have seen this brand evolve from basically a disposable car to a car with value and class.
Cons
I can only think of two negative things about this vehicle. I bought the cheaper version with cloth seats and the small engine... It is a large jump in price to get these features. The other thing is I am not convinced that this car is one that you can count on for a couple hundred thousand miles. I'll see when I get there, but I feel like around 100,000 miles, it will be time to trade him in.

The 2015 Kia Sorento is a great vehicle. It's very sharp looking on the outside. Especially with the chrome accents and awesome paint job. The side view mirrors can fold in with a push of the button from the inside. This is an awesome feature when you need to park in cramped parking spaces. It gets great gas mileage and has an eco button. I normally can get almost 30 mpg. The interior is very sleek with comfortable leather seats. This makes them easy to clean and gives you comfort on long trips. There are built-in sun shades which helps keep the sun out of the passengers eyes, and it's also nice not having to spend money on getting them tinted. The trunk space is large. Making it easy on grocery trips and going on vacation especially with kids! The headlights put out great light. Makin... (more)
Story
One day when I went to the grocery store, I pushed the button to fold my side mirrors in when parking in a tight spot. When I was putting my groceries in car and getting ready to leave, an old lady said, "I've never seen a car without side mirrors that's crazy!" When I showed her that they can fold in with a push of a button, she was amazed and asked what kind of car it was. She wanted one! Ha-ha!
Pros
Sharp looking, auto fold mirrors, great gas mileage, sleek leather seats, built-in sun shades, cruise control, heated seats, large trunk space, bright headlights, and great handling and steering.
Cons
Lack of space in backseat.
