Love my Kia
I like the 100,000 mile warranty. That was the main criteria for making the purchase. It is a basic model without a lot of bells and whistles. I would have likedmore options, but the inventory was limited and our old car was dying, so we had to take what was available and make a quick decision. It is a white color, which is fine. It has a gray cloth interior which is also just fine for us. It has performed well but there was no service available initially where we live. They had to fly someone in when we had an acceleration problem where the car would not pick up speed and eventually died. The car was fixed at no charge to us, but we had to pay to have it towed to two different locations before we got the one with a Kia relationship who could fix it. There is now a Kia dealer nearby although we have not visited it yet. It seems to get around 15-20 mpg. I would love to have solar capability to recharge and eliminate buying gas. I would buy this car again.

This Sorento is a good, solid car.
This car is extremely solid and we have had very few issues with it. It is at 80,000 miles right now and shows no signs of wear and tear as far the vehicles integrity goes. We have had a few issues with the tires deflating but that might be the weather where we live. It has a really great sound system and does not sound tinny or grating, no matter loud or quiet you play the music. One thing that would be nice would be a more modern dashboard. I have had occasional problems with the key not turning in the ignition. This problem has been solved most frequently by changing the position of the steering wheel and also clicking the lights on and off. It is a very practical car for how much traveling we do. We live in Chicago and make numerous trips home to Michigan for work and to visit family during the year. We have never had an issue during a long road trip. A nice feature are the fold down seats. This makes it very easy to fit all of our luggage as well as our two cats on every trip home. We have yet to have a situation that we could not accommodate any of our things.
