This car is a great family vehicle. It has enough room to comfortable sit five people in it. I like the olive green color of my car, but that is up to the owner which color car they prefer. This car has a lot more room in it than it looks like it would on the outside. I'm a pretty large man, 6'2", 230 lbs. It is a comfortable drive for me. It is Toyota made so I trust that it will be a pretty dependable car for me in the years to come. It is pretty low maintenance. I've only had to do oil changes and brakes in the three years that I've had it. My car came with Bluetooth capabilities and a nice screen to go along with it. It makes for better car rides because the radio can be so boring.
Story
The weekend I got it I picked my girlfriend and her daughter up, and we just cruised around the city and listened to music.
Pros
The car rides really smooth. My car has 55,000 miles on it, and it still rides just as good as the day I got it when it had 20,000 miles on it. The maintenance doesn't cost you too much money because everything has been engineered correctly and doesn't have much wear and tear on it. Gas mileage is really good on this car as well. There are a lot of little things about this car that make it great. Small things you wouldn't notice, like the headboard in it or the perfect grip to the steering wheel.
Cons
The car sits really low to the ground. This isn't a problem while driving, but when you're parking next to a curb it can be a hassle for passengers to get out without scraping the side of your door off the ground. The trunk is also a little small. If you are bad at keeping your car clean you will find that room is very limited and you will be forced to clean out your trunk and put the seats down to create more room. This isn't that much of a hassle unless you frequently have passengers in the back seat.

When I first got the Scion XB I was kind of upset. I didn't like the box look, and I felt it was low to the ground. However, after months of driving the car it handles very well. The box look grew on me but most of all very dependable. Gas mileage is great, considering I drive 60 miles per way to work. I love how it looks small but can fit quite a lot of stuff, if you put the seats down. One thing I dislike is how my car seat when rear facing takes up a lot of the room. I can't push back my seat due to that. Overall the car is great and drives very good. Where I live the roads are quite bad, but the car handles it nicely. The car is also very user friendly. It only took me a couple of days to get use to the controls. The displayed speedometer is easy to read during the day and at night... (more)
Story
We took the car to go camping when the baby was small, and it was able to hold all our needs. We pulled the car up to our tents and had the trunk open. We sat in the trunk and jammed some music. It was such a great memorable trip.
Pros
The Gas mileage is great. I pump only once a week versus three times compared to my previous car. Fits a lot of stuff with the seats down. The look is unique, although I did not like it at first. Handles pot holes good. The car drives smoothly especially at the pricing point. The price for the car is good.
Cons
If you have a car seat that is rear facing, you lose space to push back your front seats.
