This review is a 2003 Toyota Sequoia-Limited. Purchased used from a large dealership. This purchase was as a result of an accident which totaled a recently owned 2001 Toyota Sequoia Limited. I just love the Toyota Brand. This vehicle was versatile and fit everyone with ease. Equipped with all the best extras such as Bose radio/stereo and six-CD changer, sunroof and a rear window that opens, child protective locks, heated and cooling sets. Not only comfortable but stylish too. The body style changed a bit but for the most part. It was the vehicle that I fell in love with. Toyota is a good brand.
Story
I remember taking the children to the carnival, and it was really chilly out. We parked the SUV and went to have fun! The children were saying that were really cold but did not want to leave; so I purchased some eats, and we headed back to the vehicle. I had them pile up in the back where I let the seats down and created the open bed. I store blankets in the back and so there we were picnickin... (more)
Pros
The top positive things are it is stylish, fun to drive, roomy inside, and had many of the extra that made everyone comfortable. It always seem to have enough space for the entire family and many friends, even with car seats. My favorite features, I would have to say, are the sunroof and the rear window that opens. You could crack the sunroof open and crack the rear window open a bit and create a breeze. Also, you could keep the rear door/hatch closed and open the window to get the best seat in the park or outdoor event an the SUV speaker system is the best. Best vehicle ever!
Cons
Okay. Now although I have purchased many Toyotas in my life, this vehicle was the first for me that prove to be a bit of a lemon. Other than those brake lights, I see no cons.

2003 Toyota Sequoia - There is a reason I see a lot of these cars on the road.

This is one of the most enjoyable vehicles I have driven. Third row back seats give this family of seven enough room to get around and carry stuff with us. Grocery trips are never a problem. Leather heated seats are a blessing in the winter. The Sequoia just hugs the road while it drives. This is an older car but it has all of the amenities ever needed. And I am never embarrassed to go to a job site in a nice neighborhood; it is classy.
Story
I drove to a dark area and looked at the stars through the sunroof with my wife!
Pros
Leather makes interior maintenance easy. Third row seating fits my family and is removable when I need to transport large items. V8 engine never lacks the power I need to enter the freeway. Engine purrs like a cat with 168,000 miles. This is easy to maintain! Heated seats are awesome during winter. Front and rear ventilation controls give more control for rear passengers. There is a V8 engine but the engine compartment is not crowded like most modern cars!!! Tow package allows me to hook up my trailer. Sunroof/moonroof is amazing! 4 wheel drive gives me more options.
Cons
It is white so I have to clean it often. 17" tires are a little more expensive. V8 engine averages only about 17 MPG on a good day.
