DODGE AVENGER SE GREAT ON MILEAGE, PERFECT MID-SIZE FOR MY DAUGHTER AND I. EXTREMELY ROOMY TRUNK FOR REGULAR SHOPPING TRIPS WHETHER FOR GROCERY OR BABY SHOPPING. DO NOT LIKE HOW THE TRUNK LID COLLECTS WATER.
Story
BABY GIRL LOVES MUSIC EVER SINCE AND EVEN BEFORE SHE WAS BORN. JAMS OUT TO EVERY SONG THAT COMES ON THE RADIO WHEN WE ARE RUNNING ERRANDS OR GOING TO VISIT FAMILY
Pros
GREAT ON MILEAGE 21 CITY/ 30 HWY/ 24 COMBO. GREAT SIZE TRUNK.
Cons
TRUNK COLLECTS RAIN WATER WITHIN THE LID TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHY AND HOW....

The suspension absorbed big bumps well, but little pavement flaws transmitted firm kicks. The front seats provide good support except for the lower back. The rear seat is roomier than those of most sporty coupes and can hold two tall adults in only moderate discomfort. Three are a tight squeeze. Look for a model equipped with the 2.5-liter, 163-hp V6 instead of the 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine. The ride is stiff and unsettled. The interior uses cheap materials and is too cramped. Additionally, handling is ungainly. The Avenger's cabin is a letdown due to its low-rent, cheap-feeling materials – and the seats aren't much better. They offer little support up front, so they’re not very comfortable for long trips. The rear seats have little room for adults. Thick roof supports limit visib... (more)
Story
When I had to drive fast from Tampa to Orlando in an unexpected morning respecting the speed limits. It's a great car.
Pros
Front seat room. Plenty of interior space, seats are pretty comfortable.. Rear seat room & comfort. Roomy rear seat both in terms of legroom, head and shoulder room. Easy to enter and exit, especially when you have a child in a car seat, plenty of room to work around. The split rear seat folds down for extra cargo room if needed. Feature availability. Plenty of comfort and convenience features inside - such as decent cup holders, decent cubbyholes, and a soda cooler inside the glove box.
Cons
Materials & workmanship. Very cheap-looking interior. The plain grey plastic door panels just are monotonous, as well as the instrument panel trim. Pales against competing Accord or Camry interiors. Quietness. The 2.4L engine is rather noisy and unrefined. The relatively large 17" tires have a bit of road noise.
