Good reliable van
I have owned this 2005 Dodge Caravan since 2011. My parents were the previous owners and kept it in a garage. Since I got it, it has been outside all of the time in very cold weather for 2 years and in the blazing hot sun in Florida for 1 year. The van has had no major problems and has always run well. Admittedly the mileage is only a little over 50,000 but I would still rate it as having fewer than average problems. The van still has its original battery; it refused to start once last year, but after cleaning the terminals, it is still working.

Economical van
The Dodge Journey doesn’t have much going for it, aside from having the lowest price in its class. Its base engine is underpowered and mated to an obsolete four-speed transmission. Its predicted liability is cause for concern, and it lacks basic standard features, like Bluetooth.

Not too bad.
Bought it a few years ago with 170k miles on it and still have it today with 227k miles. Mechanically haven't had many problems with it. I have only replaced a few minor things so far.
