I own a 2014 Red Dodge Avenger that I purchased brand new. I love this vehicle because it is very dependable, and has never given me troubles with the motor, transmission, or even small things such as the radio and windshield wipers. I love the color because it is easy to see in traffic which makes it harder for me to be in accidents. I also like it because the blind spots in the car are very very small so I feel like I can adequately see other vehicles when I am switching lanes or about to turn. This car also has a large trunk which is great for traveling, shopping, or other leisure activities because I can fit luggage, coolers, and chairs easily in the trunk. It also has very roomy backseats which is great when putting in car seats because they easily fit. The interior is fabric inst... (more)
Story
One day I bought a huge mirror for my house, and decided to buy it even though I wasn't sure if it would fit in my trunk. It ended up not fitting so I had to pull the seats down so it would fit in between my seats and my trunk. This moment was hilarious because it was about to storm so the wind was picking up and my hair was blowing everywhere while trying to fit a huge mirror in my car,
Pros
1. Large Trunk 2. Spacious Backseat 3. Not accident prone 4. Dependable 5. Very sleek looking
Cons
1. The clock is always running slow even after I fix it. 2. The lights are manual and not automatic

Absolutely fell in love with the vehicle from the moment I laid my eyes on it. It has a very stylish and sporty look but also a mature and business feel. I went for the 2.7 6 Cylinder trim because even though it is a mid size sedan I wanted to know that there was power under the hood. Really good investment, because I have had this car running up and down the state and hasn't failed me not even once. Chose the white color because I believe the other colors just don't look very eye appealing. The tonality of the colors just don't quite look good. Power and economy in one car is what I came to come across with. I love this car and know that I will keep it forever even when it won't go because it will be a very good memory.
Story
I've driven this car from Mexico all the way to Sacramento and it is a pleasant experience. The ride feels great, no shaking, or anything and the passengers said it was a comfortable ride because of the big seats and plenty of leg room.
Pros
I like the look of this vehicle, like I mentioned earlier it has a sporty yet mature and business look. The price is also a big one up for this class of car, comparing it with its bigger brother the charger, the avenger has a class of its own. Very spacious seats and big trunk is a plus when you need to go on trips.
Cons
The stability control switch seems to trigger on and off quite a bit, it doesn't affect the performance of the car but it is a hassle having to get rid of that. Overall that would be the only con that I have for this car.

My car is a 2011 Dodge Avenger Main Street, or base model. Black on Black with 18 inch chrome wheels and 4 cylinder engine. On my initial test drive the car felt pretty good considering it was a 4 cylinder. My previous car was a 6 cylinder so the performance or lack of, was noticeable right away, but decent. I liked the fact that it was a sedan, as I was coming out of a coupe in my previous ownership. I disliked the fact it lack a sunroof or remote start features. However, it was the base model so I cannot complain. Interior quality is moderate. Plastics ranged from soft - hard depending on whether it is in an area that is touched frequently.
Story
My car is quite popular in my immediate area. My kids always point out a car that looks like mines while out and about. However, I've never seen the same color and wheel combination as mines, so it is somewhat unique.
Pros
Thick rimmed steering wheel - great comfort. Steering wheel controls - great for commuters Roomy interior Adequate trunk space Good creature features for a base model No fake or unauthentic steering feel
Cons
Electrical issues (at least my car) Seats can become stiffening on long trips 4 cylinder did not return great mpg Sluggish, can feel the weight of the car Battery is accessed below driver-side front wheel well. (Horrible location for battery changes. Battery change itself requires the removal of a panel inside the wheel well and removal of tire.)
