Used Dodge Ram 1500 for Sale

I purchased my 2010 Dodge Ram 1500, to replace my 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 Big Horn. It was an easy choice after being in a horrible accident with my 2006 Ram. The Ram saved my life, and there was no thought put into buying another one. I feel protected and very safe in my Ram. This incredibly important considering I Taxi the kids around to all their sporting events and practices. The bed of my truck doubles as a traveling sporting good store. For a 4.7 flex fuel vehicle, it gets pretty decent gas mileage, when I don't drive like a teenager. The ride is surprisingly smooth and quiet. The interior is nothing to ride home about, but not the reason I buy a truck.

The Ram 1500 is an excellent multi-purpose vehicle. The vehicle has a ton of space to haul equipment and gear in the bed. There are a ton of available luxury items that make the truck feel more like a high end car than a work vehicle. There are plenty of storage compartments for various items inside the vehicle. Gas mileage is better than expected on the highway as well. 4 Wheel drive handles off-road and snowy conditions without problems. Plenty of customization accessories are available to kit out your truck in personal ways. The Ram truck is also very stylish looking for a pick up truck and has a nice profile.

Overall, it's been good. There have been a few recalls on it, but the dealership took care of them. The hemi has a nice sound to it, especially if you put flow master exhaust like I did. If you get a 1500, make sure you get the 5.7 liter hemi and not the 4.7 liter. Handles good in the dirt, but if you go off road more than a few times, this may not be the truck for you.
