It's An Old Pickup: What Do You Expect?
This pickup is 16 years old. I've only owned it for a year and I have no idea how it was cared for in the past. It has over 170,000 miles on it. When I purchased it, it was in need of a starter, 4 tires, brakes, ball joints, some rust, and some other stuff. I've fixed a few of those things, but not all, and now there is something seriously wrong with the fan system. No air comes out of any vents except the defrost. When I turn on the heater, smoke billows out of those vents. The air conditioner works for the first 60 seconds that it's running (again only out of the defrost vents), but then it peters out. The seats have held up okay. The thing runs, but I try not to put too many miles on it. But again, I don't know how much I can expect for the age, the mileage, and not knowing how it was cared for or what it's been through.

Big truck. Big power.
This truck is an old go getter that never lets you down. We live in a snow state, and it has pushed through many long winter days. I bought the truck for its extended bed and towing ability. We take this truck camping after the purchase of our camper. We found that the 7 ft. bed is another camper itself. After putting a camper cap on it, there is more than enough room for two people and the dogs inside. The truck is fun to drive and has amazing gas mileage for such a large vehicle.
