Overall I would like to say I am happy with my car, It is not a great car but it is reliable and gets me from point a to point b. I'm am not a car man so it is not a big deal to me to have a great car. I just need a cheap and reliable mode of transportation. Driving a minivan is a nice experience for the driver. It is nice and roomy up front.
Story
Driving the vehicle to my parents house to visit them. The kids had a great time visiting the grandparents and visa versa. On the way home it was pretty foggy and the kids were a little scared about driving in it. I grew up all my life in this weather so to me it was funny. The fog was not even that bad.
Pros
It was relatively inexpensive to purchase when I first got it. It had low miles and a car warranty for around $10,000. For a 7 passenger minivan that was a very good price. It has a 4 cylinder engine so it is good on the gas mileage. Driving a minivan is a comfortable experience for the driver and front seat passenger. It has also been very reliable.
Cons
There are 2 annoying things that I should have taken care of when I had the chance but never did. One side of the cup holder does not work. Also, the right side passenger door does not open or lock automatically. I also don't like the fact that there is no key hole on the passenger front door to open the car. At times this is a minor inconvenience. Although the 4 cylinder engine gets good gas mileage, it has no get up and go. The car has no rear air conditioning. On a real hot day this can be uncomfortable for the back seat passengers. It takes a little while for the car to blow back the a... (more)

Car has held up so well. Bought it with over 100,000 miles and the only thing needed was some valve replacements (previous owner had taken care of it well). It is fantastically roomy inside, making even trips with my 3 kids, husband, and two best friends enjoyable. For a minivan there is also a lot of storage - my double stroller, two diaper bags, and everyone's personal bags fit in the trunk with room to spare.
Story
First time we went somewhere with our best friends, we took it to the zoo for our younger daughter's birthday. They kept commenting how far away they felt they were, and our 4 year old told us that her Dad and I (up in the front) were further away than the house! Inaccurate, but funny. The guy friend also discovered (he's over 6') that he probably shouldn't sit on the side in the very back, a... (more)
Pros
It is an enjoyable drive and rides incredibly smoothly; even my young carsick-prone daughter in the very back has no issue on bumpier roads. The turning radius is rather small for a vehicle of its size. Visibility is wonderful, and the mirrors are a good size for the van (I hate a car with a rearview mirror that is smaller than the view of the rear window!). The automatic side and rear doors are a pleasure. It's much easier to get everyone and everything loaded up in the car when I don't have to juggle the diaper bags, hold the infant carrier, my toddlers hand, and work the door. We can g... (more)
Cons
The middle seat in the back is lap belt only. As a result, at least until they're out of car seats none of my kids can sit there. Only other negative is that the seats are cloth. I have kids, and, well, it's easier to clean. However, that's something that I'm sure is an option to people who bought it new rather than used.
