Low Priced Fun
The 2014 Dodge Dart is an excellent choice for people looking for a reasonably priced car with good gas mileage. But also provides something unique and different than your Prius or Fit. Yes it doesn't get as good gas mileage as either one of these cars mentioned, but I am averaging about 30-35 mpg. And I get something in return that the other cars do not offer. That return is engine performance and looks for the Dodge Dart. My 2.4 Liter motor has a healthy 180 HP and plenty of response to the throttle when you need it. I drove many other cars in my Dart's sales category when trying to decide on a new car and the Dodge Dart by far had the best performance and throttle response. You do have to get the 2.4 Liter in order to maximize your performance, though, when looking at the Dart. Lastly, the Darts looks are very unique and provides smooth curves that funnel down to aggressive front grills and back bumpers, including the LED racetrack lights. If you want an even more distinctive look, by the blacktop package that gives you bigger rims that are painted in a nice glossy black, blacked out tail lamps and front lamps, and unique interior finishes that really make the car look more expensive then it really is. Not to say the dual exhaust actually growls once you break it in. All for a price just over $20,000. I use this car for sales and it definitely stands out against the countless FIT's and Prius's next to me.

Love My Car
I have loved my car since the day I drove it off the lot. I waited almost 6 months after I decided to get a Dart for the dealer to get a Blue Streak Pearl coat in the 2.4L engine. It handles wonderfully in all road conditions. The car is very responsive to any changes I make from the steering wheel. The gearshift is leather and very easy to move back and forth as needed. The brake and gas pedals are calibrated well for easy braking and acceleration. There is a rather large blind spot created on both the driver and passenger sides where the windshield meets the side panel. The interior is black which makes for a very hot car in the summer. There is adequate trunk space for storage. I have put over 30,000 miles on mine in two years, and can't imagine driving something else.
