My 2006 Dodge Ram 250 has been a great truck to own. It is the third Dodge pick-up that I have bought and all have been long-lasting heavy duty vehicles that have required only basic maintenance. This truck has the power to drive the soft sand road down which I live without having to use the 4-wheel drive feature. It has held up well and has the strength to pull a fully loaded horse trailer and our bass boat without a problem. The paint job and the interior have held up well despite heavy usage. Other than buying new tires, this truck has only required basic maintenance and now has 106,000 miles on it. The interior has plenty of leg room for my 6'5" husband, something that has not always been found in pick-ups of other brands. While I owned Chevy pick-ups for over 25 years, I am now a ... (more)
Story
My Dodge Ram regularly hauls four Golden Retrievers to the beach. Despite being occupied by 400 pounds of damp dog hanging their heads out of the windows it has held up well.
Pros
The styling of the Dodge Ram 250 is strong and powerful. It has an original design which makes it immediately recognizable to loyal truck users. It has a roomy backseat which is usually occupied by our four golden retrievers. The interior is roomy, the cup holders are readily accessible, and the seats are very comfortable during long drives. It has good speed, excellent power, and stops on a dime. It has towed a huge variety of things without problem and has a large bed for hauling large loads. It comfortably hold 6 people, has a great air conditioning system and sound system. It is large ... (more)
Cons
I have no real complaints about this pick-up. I might choose a different interior material for my seats next time as my dogs have torn the cloth seats in the back pretty badly. Gas mileage could be better, but is still better than most trucks of this size and strength.

The first thing that caught my eye when looking for a good vehicle was the color which then led to me examining the quality of the paint job. This truck looks good. Being a woman, that was my first impression and I saw the paint job was good. The Interior The interior of this truck is very good quality. The seats are covered in a sturdy but comfortable fabric. The seats themselves are very comfortable and adjusting them is very easy. There are even handy "pockets" inside the doors for those last minute items we all seem to grab before a trip. Practicality This truck has been very practical for me & my partner. It is useful; we can haul rocks in it. It looks nice; we can go anywhere. It is sturdy - we've even been off roading a bit in it and it still holds up, still looks great.
Story
We climbed a mountain in that truck. It was a Saturday afternoon and we had free time so my partner and I took the truck on some rather rough roads to the top of a mountain we'd never been on before. The truck performed fantasticly! Sometimes the roads were just barely visible, but we got to the top and we even took a photo of the truck itself because we couldn't believe it was still in one... Pros
My favorite feature is the cruise control :) The stereo is of good quality and we can get satellite radio on it. I also like that when it's time for an oil change, the light comes on and tells me.
Cons
I really don't have any "cons" about this vehicle. I love the truck and hope to have it for many carefree motoring years.

This is a great sturdy truck. It goes pretty fast and has a lot of space in the back. The engine is really strong, and the design of the truck is pretty nice. It runs smoothly, and it is really easy to drive. I love this truck because you can basically take it anywhere and get some pretty good mileage on it too. It is a great but.
Story
I have taken this truck to the lake, and we threw everything in the back, and so it was really easy to just pack up and leave. We had a great time, and it was very simple.
Pros
This is a very sturdy truck with a lot of benefits. The steering is really easy, and changing gears is simple. The truck starts up quietly, and it runs really smoothly. It is a great truck, and it is really easy to drive. You can basically pack anything that you want to in the back and take it anywhere. It is sturdy and goes pretty fast too.
Cons
The main thing about the truck that sucks is the gas prices. It is a great truck, but the thing is a gas guzzler. It is pretty expensive, and that gas should be able to take me farther if I fill it up. Also, it is really big, but that makes it really hard to turn. I am also short, and so I can not really see all of the tiny cars that are in front of my truck without practically standing up.
