- Sluggish transmission
Review Summary:
Handsome styling, a well-connected infotainment system, and room for up to seven passengers make the 2018 GMC Acadia a good option for families.
However, Acadia buyers will have to choose between maximizing cargo hauling or people hauling, not to mention choosing between a peppy V6 or the standard four-cylinder engine for better fuel economy but at the cost of power.
The Acadia does offer solid utility in the upper trims, but the base trim does not come with AWD or advanced safety options.
