This SUV was purchased when it was three years old. I like the looks and the color of it, but that's about it. The main issue is that there are random electrical problems. The dashboard lights would go off while driving down the road and the dealership could never reproduce it to figure out what is wrong. The electric locks work... sometimes. The heated leather seats are more like a heated back... the back of the seat and the spot where the seat meets the back get so hot it feels like it burns the skin, but the actual seat does not. The design of the spare tire is unusual, to say the least. To access it you need to open the hatch and use a long tire tool to lower it down. It took a tow truck driver 45 minutes and several YouTube videos to figure that one out! And speaking of t... (more)
Story
I have enjoyed my children learning about the heated seats and backseat control of heat/air vents.
Pros
My favorite features of the car are the color (black), the height of the vehicle, and the power seats.
Cons
The random workings of the electric system, as above, are the main cons.

The car has some weird electronic glitches that are very difficult to diagnose and manage. The seat heaters get very hot. However, they do not reach all the way to the end of the seat. When one headlight went out, it caused a "backup" of fuse issues, which resulted in me having no lights to drive home one night. The locks randomly lock and unlock. The hatch window won't open.
Pros
The car looks nice and has good space.
Cons
The electronic issues above are biggest cons to this vehicle. The spare tire is mounted in such a way that the tow truck driver didn't know how to get it out and spent almost 30 minutes trying. I had to pull up a YouTube video to show him how to do it, as it is not intuitive, nor apparently, very common to have it mounted the way it is. The jack system is also not intuitive and takes forever to get it together. The wiper motors are weak at best. The replacement parts for the cheapest materials are excessive. The seat heaters are too hot and yet don't extend far enough out into the seat. Th... (more)
