We own a Mitsubishi Outlander model year 2017. The survey would not allow us to chose that option. It is a very comfortable vehicle with good gas mileage. The vehicle has ample storage compartments and luggage space. There are two very useful storage compartments in the back by the hatch. I like the ease of closing the hatch, and the handle is very helpful. The breaks work well. The vehicle handles overall very well. There are a couple items that we have concerns about. The first being there is an intermittent odor of antifreeze when driving and after stopping. We have brought it back several times for inspection of the issue to receive no answer as to why there is a strong odor of antifreeze. The other is after owning the vehicle for nine months, there has been a six-month issue with... (more)
Story
One of the things that we have done since owning our vehicle is taking our eight dogs to our camp to play. It was so awesome to watch them all pile in. When we arrived at our lakeside destination, we backed the vehicle in so it faced the lake, then we lifted the hatch, and they all piled out running to the water. It was beautiful. When it was time to leave, they all jumped in. Before we could ... (more)
Pros
One of my favorite features of the vehicle is the ease of driving. I have to say it rides very smoothly. We live in a high construction area, and when we need to go onto a construction zone, we are surprised by the smoothness of the ride. The vehicle is easy to clean and maintain.
Cons
One of the components of the vehicle that I wish was designed slightly differently is the brake switch. It does not always release. The other component is the key fob does not always unlock or lock the vehicle, and it needs to be done manually. That isn't always helpful when carrying items that would need to be put down on the ground.

The Mitsubishi Outlander is one of the best vehicles I have ever owned. The shape and style are cool and unlike other cars. The interior space is huge, great for moving. The Mitsubishi Outlander comes with one of the longest new-car warranties on the market, and it earns commendable crash test ratings. ItÕs also one of few compact SUVs that offers third-row seating.
Story
This car drew attention of my neighbors the other day. John, the gentleman who lived next door, has admired this car so much that he said he wants one, too.
Pros
Huge cargo space. Very good and nice-looking interior. The gas efficiency is great, too. You can get about 26 mpg for AWD model. I also like how quiet the car is. You can barely hear what is going on outside. The gas tank is huge compared to other SUV in this category. And, most importantly, the price tag is good! It means nothing if you can't afford that. The seats can be folded all the way down to accommodate cargo loading.
Cons
Outlander is the seven-seater next to the Dodge Journey, which is the least expensive seven-seat SUV on the market. The car does not have an aux-in port, which frustrates me when I first got the car. But later on I just learned to live with the wireless options. The blue color I got is not as bright as some of the other blue cars.
