I have owned many vehicles but this (2012 Prius) is my first Toyota and I would be willing to say that if it continues to preform to the standard that it is currently (at 30,000 miles) I will be a loyal customer for life. As everyone undoubtedly knowns the Prius has one of the best fuel economies in the automotive world, but this is not the only draw to the brand. The Prius is a very comfortable vehicle that is very well designed. Its internal layout has room for five passengers and that is not cramped, that is comfortable room. My Prius has six cup holders, two glove boxes, a center console storage area, and room below the control console for a phone or other electronic device. The car also sports an all-digital dashboard display that shows speed, real time fuel economy, and energy usage data. This is also the first hatchback that I have ever owned, I didn't think I would like the idea of not having a traditional trunk but I appreciate the ability to fold down the rear seats and have a large storage area for item I need to transport, this is much better than only being able to fold the seats with a reduced space into the back of the vehicle from the trunk like most cars I've owned.
