Great before the engine went out.
It was a great car until it broke down. I bought it brand new with only about 40 miles on it. It had great gas mileage, usually 36 MPG highway, good pickup off the start, and was fun to drive because it has a manual transmission. About ten months into owning it, the engine blew to no fault of my own. After a few months of the dealership working on it, I finally got it back. The gas mileage went down significantly than the previous mileage it attained, about 30 MPG highway. Still a fun car to drive because of the manual transmission. Other than the engine blowing up, I cannot complain about the other aspects of the car. The leather interior is comfortable and is still in great shape. The exterior paint is durable and is also still in great condition. The air conditioning is still cold and has not needed to be recharged. It has front seat warmers and automatic seat controls that are still in working condition. The car also has a good amount of room for being a small vehicle. Ample leg room in both the front and back seats. Good room in the hatch for groceries, luggage, etc., as well.

Great economy car.
Overall, I've been very pleased with my Hyundai Elantra GT. Despite the compact size, the hatchback design gives ample cargo space. The interior driver and passenger seats are surprisingly spacious, though the backseat is rather cramped. The fuel economy is about what I would expect from a car this size (I average about 31 mpg). My only real complaint about the vehicle is the driver's seat is uncomfortable on drives longer than an hour, but it's not a big issue.

A great average car.
This car was a great car for a couple and a dog. The car is a compact style 4 door car with hatchback. The vehicle seems to be made well and is very reliable in the city and highway. This car features a six speed manual transmission. The transmission is not the best but works great. The engine for this car is a 2.0L four cylinder. The engine has enough power to keep the car moving without breaking the rev range and small enough to keep gas mileage in the mid 30's on the highway. All in all it is a good car.
