I bought this Kia Sportage just under a month ago after finally selling my Chrysler Pacifica. I was skeptical at first, because it is much smaller than my previous car, but I have been pleasantly surprised with how roomy it is. The front seats are wide and extremely comfortable. I chose the cloth seats because, living in Arizona, leather is just a death trap! I am only 5'1", and I can easily adjust the driver's seat and steering well to make my visibility out the windshield perfect. The seat not only adjusts forward but up as well which is a huge requirement for us short people. This car is perfect!
Story
I haven't had a new car in eight years. My first drive in this car was to Baskin Robbins and they were holding a fundraiser night. Four people told me they loved my car (it's black cherry color) and took a look at it. That made me feel super excited that I had chosen the right car!
Pros
Besides the comfort of the car, you can't forget the ten year, 100,000 mile warranty. I bought my Kia used and was given the remainder of that original warranty! Fantastic! The dashboard is easy to read, and I love that I can control almost everything including the steering wheel (which, by the way, is also extremely comfortable!). The Bluetooth feature is easy to navigate, and I never have to look away from the road to play music, change tracks, change the volume, etc. Everything is at my fingertips. Great safety perks!
Cons
The only negative this car has for me is its blind spots out the front windshield. The large parts of the car to the left and right often block vision when checking traffic to make turns. You definitely have to lean forward to look around those blind spots. Other than that, this car ROCKS!!

I purchased a Kia Sportage in 2016 brand new from the Kia dealership. The car has a great sound system and speakers. It has Integrated surround with Bluetooth compatibility for hands-free and iTunes. The trunk storage area is oversized and makes it very convenient for trips and carrying large items. I wish I wouldnÕt have bought the car because it only has five seats, and it is hard when I have an extra passenger. The leg room is very nice and accommodating, and the back seat is wide enough to sit three adult passengers. I have had no problems with the engine or maintenance even though I have put about 50 thousand miles on this car. The air conditioning is cool and blows strong throughout the vehicle. The brakes were replaced fairly early in the purchase leading me to believe they were... (more)
Story
I took this car on a trip to Florida and it did not disappoint! It was a long drive, but it was not bad with the cruise control and enough room to store our items.
Pros
I love the Bluetooth feature and the fact that there have been no major engine or maintenance issues.
Cons
The interior fabric is prone to staining easily. The brakes went bad in the first year of driving the vehicle.
