Our Mazda CX9 has enough extra space inside for our children's car seats, in addition to other passengers. We like having the fold down seats in the back for when we have more family members with us. It drives smoothly, and we haven't had any mechanical issues with it. We like the reverse camera, as it helps us to see around us when we are backing out of a parking space, for example. We like the leather interior, as it looks nice, and is easy to clean. Leather seats can also be a con, however, as we live in a hot climate, so they are very uncomfortable when it gets hot.
Story
The day after we bought this car, we drove it to Myrtle Beach. We had to buy a new car, because our previous one had been totaled just days before. My husband had the beach trip planned as a surprise for me, so we had to get a car very quickly. We were very happy that this one came available and worked out for us.
Pros
Spacious, convenient fold down seating, reverse camera, one touch hatch closure, keyless entry.
Cons
Leather seats get hot.

The best part about the Mazda cx9 is the size. For an affordable suv, it is extremely large and tends to have enough room for anything you'd like to tackle. I have moved halfway across the country using this car and each time I filled it to the brim. The cost of the car when we bought it new was around 42 thousand dollars. Considering it came with navigation, Bluetooth, 6 cd player, and Bose entertainment system, i think that it was a good deal. The car is very reliable. We have yet completed a major repair for the car. The most work we've done is giving it a tune up. The quality of the build is amazing. It feels better than the Mercedes ml320 that my family drives. although we didn't get the all wheel drive, i think its great in the snow also. Because its front wheel drive, it doesn't... (more)
Story
I drove this car from new york to Chicago to help my brother move and it was an awesome experience. I was actually pulled over and the police officer asked me about the sub after he gave me a ticket unfortunately.
Pros
Navigation, Bluetooth cell phone connection, size, gas mileage, trim, driving ability and feel.
Cons
Price was too high, some parts for the car and replacement paint are very expensive.
