It's got a great handle, but it's hell on gas.
I love Mercedes-Benzes vehicles because they are incredibly safe vehicles. I am not the safest driver in the world, and I love that they have metal frames that keep me and my passengers/ loved ones safe.

Good car for its time but now outdated.
Solely reviewing the car for its time, a 2002 vehicle, the car is luxurious and is clearly made with high-quality materials in its interior and exterior. The transmission must have also been of high quality, as it did not give out/need replacement until January 2017 after ~180K miles. The car is very stylish, spacious, and has a beautiful build; however, its requirement of premium fuel makes it a rather unappealing buy for a college student like myself. I have found the gas mileage to be very decent, ~17 MPG city and up to 25 MPG highway. Over 15 years later and the radio/stereo are still running exceptionally, with some minor jamming issues with the CD cartridge. As this car is old, however, it does not have auxiliary or Bluetooth capabilities - a necessity for today's times. The spaciousness has been a great benefit, as my grandfather cannot bend his legs much and thus requires the passenger seat to be pushed back very far - this has not affected the passengers in the backseat at all.
