2004 Mercedes-Benz E-Class - A beautiful car with expensive upkeep.

It is a beautiful car. Clearly manufactured with detail and care and little to no expense spared. The exterior is in fantastic condition. The interior is a soft, pale leather that is extremely comfortable with heated seats that are appreciated in the colder months. The engine feels as if it's in fantastic shape, just needs to be warmed up before use or there is a slight bucking which I assume is an issue with air flow.
Story
Driving around with a younger family member and opening up the moon roof while it was snowing.
Pros
Top positive things about this vehicle are: heated seats, it's stylish, and a very comfortable, quiet ride. It handles well, feels sturdy and in control and safe. Everything is electronic: seats, mirrors, etc. Considering it has almost 180,000 miles on it, it runs almost like a dream and I attribute that to the high quality of a brand like Mercedes.
Cons
By far the number one negative thing about having a Mercedes is its cost to fix. I have fortunately not encountered any major issues yet. The time will come and upkeep/maintenance will be very expensive, especially in an older vehicle. I also wish it had more music capabilities, specifically playing music from my phone through the speakers. The windshield wipers are missing a speed I would prefer (slow). While the trunk is large, the seats do not fold down which has posed a problem with buying larger items for my home.

Ever since owning the car I have been at a loss of words, everything about owning a Mercedes is a pleasant experience. I would never switch from owning an e class Mercedes until someone can prove to me that owning a Mercedes is a bad investment. I get complimentary car washes for life and roadside assistance.
Story
Unleashing the V8 Power the car has on the highway, very fast car especially taking into consideration the vehicles weight.
Pros
"Air Suspension Ride" to make the ride more enjoyable, electronic brakes to increase braking power. Everything is electronic inside the car and complimentary car washes and roadside assistance.
Cons
Fuel economy is not so good due to V8 engine and the cost of ownership can be high due to being a Mercedes.
