2011 Mercedes-Benz E-Class - Cooler than an SUV
Business class trim with Uber practicality. The old Jaguar tagline was 'grace and pace,' for the 350 Wagon, I would update to 'Grace, pace and space.' The trunk is huge - better than SUVs I've driven, plus the ability to have two extra seats spring from the trunk floor is awesome. Carry seven people or half a studio apartment, it will do it all. The four-wheel drive means I can take it to Tahoe with zero worries. The only downside is this years only had one engine option. Given my druthers, I would splash more on a later AMG63 version, but limited availability (of cash and the model itself) conspired against me.
Story
During a trip to hike Mt Whitney, my wife and I forgot to book a spot at the trailhead campsite. We found the rear of the car is long and wide enough for the pair of us to sleep in!
Pros
Everything you want from an SUV but in a much sexier package. Such a good-looking car. The flexibility of the seating arrangement and carrying capacity is outstanding. The level of the interior trim makes driving engenders a 'spa in a car' feeling. Always having the back up of four-wheel drive in super reassuring while still having great gas mileage.
2011 Mercedes-Benz E-Class - Awesome car to buy.
I really liked the quality of this car. The color is grey/silver, which is my favorite color car. This car rides really smooth, and I have not had ay mechanical issues. The interior was a black sleek color.
Story
One fun memorable thing I have using this car would be the family road trip I took to Maryland.
Pros
My favorite things about the car are the color and the smooth ride.
Cons
The only thing I dislike about the Mercedes is the cost of repairs.
