I got this car secondhand after the original owners gave it back three months after buying it in 2004. The only way you could tell it was used was that they burned a hole in the front seat and the mileage. The car was not luxurious by any means and was a radioactive yellow color - solar yellow. The interior was gray plastic and really plain grey cloth seats with gray carpet. It did have a sunroof that never caused any issues. The back had a spoiler on it. It had a lot of wind noise and very little protection from road noise. Acceleration was fair, but it obviously wasn't turbocharged. It also blew around in heavy winds. It was very reliable, and the only serious issue I had was an O2 sensor failure. The brakes were noisy in reverse in rainy weather, and they had tried to correct it twi... (more)
Story
There was one other car like that in town, and every time we passed each other we would nod at each other.
Pros
Inexpensive and reliable as well as a great color on the outside.
Cons
Lots of wind and road noise

I received this vehicle as my first car about three and a half years ago. Of the standard cars I have driven, it is my favorite because of the easy clutch and handling. The car looks sleek and somewhat stylish as well. I'd call it a wannabe sports car if I'd have to describe it, as it's not your every day A to B car but also not something you are going to use to show off to your friends. Its performance has been very good in the roughly 20,000 miles I've driven it. There hasn't been a single problem with its engine and only minor exterior and brake pad problems, and that goes back to before I received the car as well. Overall, it's a quality car, nothing special but it gets the job done and does what it needs to do without any issues. I don't really have any dislikes of the car ... (more)
Story
Being in Maine, the winters would consist of tons of snow, and therefore, you would sometimes get caught in a snowstorm. I once decided to take a drive during one of these snowstorms around an island and nearly skidded into a snowbank while drifting my way through the road.
Pros
The top positive would be its easy use as a standard vehicle. It has four doors, customization options and a sleek design. My favorite thing is that it hasn't given me any unwarranted problems.
Cons
The only negative I can attribute to it is its age at this point.
