The reason I bought this vehicle was because I need a truck. I had a 1988 Toyota Camry at the time, so I was already sold on Toyota quality and reliability. So when it came time to actually go and purchase a truck, I pretty much headed straight for my Toyota dealer. At first I was going to get the Tacoma, but they were much too small for my stature. So that's when I looked at the Tundra, and I'm glad I did. Smooth V8, powerful acceleration, comfortable interior, and much more space than the Tacoma I had originally considered. After almost 14 years of ownership it has yet to let me down at all, with the only non-maintenance item being an oxygen sensor that needed to be replace at around the 9 year mark.

I love everything about my truck. I've owned Toyotas before and I've always enjoyed their longevity. In the past 10+ years I've never had any major problems with my truck, and there have been only minor maintenance needs which I've been able to take care of on my own. Because the truck is so solid, I know that I'll be protected in an accident and that's the most important part to me. The design of the truck has eliminated most blind spots for me while I'm driving. The frame is solid and looks good. I think the Tacoma is one of the better looking Trucks that Toyota makes. It's strong, durable, and still looks great.
