I LOVE my Honda Odyssey minivan! It is the BEST van that I have ever owned! I had a minivan prior to this one, and I felt like I was driving a bus! This Honda, on the other hand, is very easy to drive. It drives very smoothly and I love how nicely I fit inside of it. It is very easy to drive which is important since I am short! I love its design and the ability to be able to open both doors on both sides of the van. I love how much space it has both inside and in the trunk. It is a great vehicle to own! Another feature that I like about it is the little spaces that it has to hold things underneath the passenger seat and in the back of the van. Something that this van has that has never been a feature of any vehicle I have owned before is the back window windshield wiper. It ... (more)
Story
My children love to look at cows and other animals that they see as we are driving along the road and tell me all about them.
Pros
The top positive things about this van are... everything! I love the windshield wiper on the back. I love the large space in the back of the van. I love how roomy it is inside. I love how easy it is to drive. I love how it fits my short stature well. I love that I can reach the pedals and see over the steering wheel quite comfortably. I love that it has two passenger doors that open with the click of a button. I love how it has child lock on those doors so children cannot open the doors while we are driving down the road. I love the efficiency and effectiveness of the heating and ... (more)
Cons
The only thing that I don't like about this vehicle is the security system. For some reason, the alarm went off and we had no way of turning it off manually. That being the case, my husband turned it off somehow which resulted in the radio no longer being operable due to it thinking that there was a security breach. This van was purchased used, so I have no idea how to reset it so that we can get the radio restored again.

This vehicle has been overall good mechanically. I have over 200,000 miles, and it runs like a champ. She is an everyday driving vehicle. There is plenty of room, and the trunk can hold itself open with a hydraulic arm. The seats are removable, which is great. We are a family of five, and when we moved, the van really came in handy. We were able to transport all people and then take the seats out and transfer all our stuff. The engine and transmission are strong, which in my opinion is unusual for a vehicle of this size and proportion. The sliding back seat doors can be opened and closed automatically with a button located near the steering wheel. I like the center console that is in between the seats. It is very convenient. The only convenience item that sucks is the cup holders. They... (more)
Story
It is fun when us being a family of five can invite people to come with us and everyone can fit in our vehicle. It is amazing to pull up somewhere and press the button to open the back seat door and six people climb out of the backseat. This would never be possible in a car. In a car that many people would be like a clown car. It is just amazing to have that many people and still have trunk space.
Pros
Some of the top features of this vehicle is that we have a high mileage, over 200,000 miles, and have had to do very minimal maintenance. In the almost two years that we have owned the car, the car has only needed repairs that kept it off the road once. The sliding doors with the button is super convenient as is the removable seats, hydraulic lift for the door and center console that you can use or not use. This vehicle has a lot of room to transport people or stuff. The motor and transmission are very strong.
Cons
Some of the drawbacks of this vehicle is that sometimes when you shut the back sliding doors, they pop back open. The assembly for the spark plugs and spark plug wires are complicated and difficult to remove compared to a normal assembly. The suspensions systems are not that strong and durable. The bushings wear out easily and are very costly and complicated to repair. The drink holders have much to be desired. Most of the time when you put your drink in there, the drink falls while you are driving. It is very much so a flawed design.
