I have had this car for almost 13 years now and it is still going strong. Though it no longer looks new, it still drives like it is. It's very comfortable; the seats are covered in a nice fuzzy cloth. The driver's seat is built in with lumbar support which is makes long car rides or cross country trips much more manageable for my back, which also means taking less stops which saves time. The steering wheel is very comfortable and has good grip. That makes it easy to drive with one hand and I can change the music easily. haven't had to get much work done on it even though it is getting old. There are some signs of rust, but the paint has held up remarkably well. The most it probably needs is an oil change and tire alignment when the time comes for those to happen. I did have to get the ... (more)
Story
I was driving across country with my best friend from college and we stopped for the night at a campground. The night sky was so beautiful and we blew up our air mattress and it filled the trunk of the car with the seats folded down and we looked up at the stars and slept with the trunk open. It was a magical night.
Pros
It is very spacious. I can haul around six people and myself without any problems. The space also helps with taking a lot of things with me on long distance trips. I'm a bicyclist and I like to race in different races across the country so this van is very useful for that because I can fold down the back seat and take the middle seats out and have plenty of room for my bike as well as my suitcase and everything else I need to travel.
Cons
The miles per gallon of gas rate is pretty low. That means paying more for gas which is a bummer, but it is somewhat expected with a vehicle that large and that is getting old. The headlights fogging was inconvenient because it made it progressively more difficult to see at night until I realized what the problem was.

When I first drove this vehicle it wasn't the vehicle that I had originally went to purchase. When I first saw the odometer I was concerned by the amount of miles. I have now owned this vehicle for about 30k miles and have only had to do standard maintenance. I now have over 220k miles on the vehicle and will take it anywhere. I drive about 150 miles a day on average and this vehicle shows no signs of problems.
Story
The day that I bought this vehicle a family member had a issue come up that required them to travel roughly six hours away almost immediately after I got home with this vehicle. That was the first trip that I took with the vehicle and was the start of roughly 20 hours being spent on the road in the first 24 hours of owning this vehicle. Needless to say, I was able to get fully comfortable with... (more)
Pros
The fuel mileage is great. The power is great. Vehicle runs and drives well regardless of whether it is full or only has the driver in it. For the most part this vehicle is fairly easy to work on and most parts are readily available from my local part store.
Cons
There is a lot of cabin noise. This is something that I expected since it has been one of the main complaints that I have seen as I looked at reviews before buying. There are a lot of rattles that come from the seats and body panels. The noises do not affect the drivability of the vehicle but they are loud enough that it is a considerable nuisance. Some parts are more expensive than other import vehicles or most domestics. The air conditioning compressor locked up and caused me to have to bypass it so I could drive the vehicle.
