2011 Nissan Rogue - Love my Nissan

I love the build of my Nissan Rogue. It's big enough to be an SUV, but still compact enough where it doesn't feel too large to drive. One of my favorite features, is that it has four-wheel drive. This was a major concern for me, because I live in the frozen tundra of Wisconsin. The performance of the car is great, and in the past four years I have never had any issues with its reliability. Also, it gets great fuel economy compared to other SUV's that I had looked at.
Story
I've taken this car on many road trips. My favorite was a 10 hour drive to national park. Our family had a blast, and we were at ease to know our car would get us there and back safely.
Pros
It drives extremely smooth. Nissan's have a different mechanism for speed, therefore I never feel it shifting gears when accelerating.
Cons
In the winter months, it can make a weird rattle sound when I turn on the heat. I live in Wisconsin where it can get to -50, and sometimes the engine can take a while to heat up.

Overall, I like this car quite well. I love the exterior and interior appearance of the car. It is roomy and comfortable. The trunk is large enough to haul good size loads, (if you let the back seats down) I love the cargo cover. Seat belts of 5 people is really handy when kids are riding. The pick up, gas mileage and maneuverability is excellent I have never had an problems with interior features. Power locks or windows. Radio, cd player, Bluetooth or sunroof. Nice sized glove box and center console excellent speakers. The car does have a few bothersome issues for me. The CVT transmission is noisy, in fact my transmission was replaced because of the noise and shortly after the replacement, the new transmission began making the same noise. The service I received from Nissan during the ... (more)
Story
my grand kids wanted to go camping which was not feasaible, so I pulled the car into the back yard and let the back seats down. we put pillows and blankets in the trunk. the kids got in and I closed cargo cover. they felt like they were in a tent and slept there all night.
Pros

Cons
The CVT transmission is noisy, in fact, my transmission was replaced because of the noise and shortly after the replacement, the new transmission began making the same noise. It has rear blind spots on both sides which are very bothersome for me personally. There is nothing to connect the trunk door to in order to safely carry large objects with the door restrained in place. The driver's seat doesn't have good lumbar support.
