I love my GTI is has taken me across the United States and performed well above my expectations with over 140,000 miles on it I have defiantly gotten to enjoy this compact car!
Story
I was able to hit 120 mph going at a 7% grade uphill over the length of 2.3 miles. That was pretty impressive for the engine to have pulled that off.
Pros
This car is fairly gas efficient at around thirty miles to the gallon on average with plenty of space despite being a smaller vehicle. The hatch back really allows you to fit a lot of items from shopping or gear for travel. Its looks are rather nice with the rims I have added really makes it stand out. I really enjoy this cars cornering ability and the dash info options that are easy to navigate and helpful.
Cons
The car can be a bit small for longer items that may have to have a seat put down or simply will not fit with the hatch closed and the turbo is rather small compared to more current models but my biggest complaint would be the fuel pump. Apparently it is a common issue with this year. I have had to replace it with a high pressure fuel pump and since then no problems.

2007 Volkswagen Golf GTI - Fast. Fun. Everybody's car.

The GTI is fast, reliable, useful, and, most importantly, fun to drive. Whether it's highway driving or curvy roads, the GTI can do it all.
Story
Driving the back mountain roads through the curvy hills is always an enjoyable venture.
Pros
The GTI is fast and economical, getting 30+ MPG all while the turbo whistles in the background. Aside from being useful when needing extra space; being as it is a hatchback, the GTI is not lacking in space.
Cons
However, not everything is good. When something goes wrong, it is often expensive to fix.
