I bought the truck for the engine in it (Cummins) and the body style. I ended up falling in love with the whole truck. It looks good outside, and on the inside as well. The truck is very comfy and roomy from the front. The back can get a little crowded if there are extra long legged people in the front seats, though I've squeezed up to 7 people in the cab before (3 front, 4 rear). It has been very dependable and has never let me down. I have nearly 390,000 miles on the odometer now, and the truck is still going strong. I replaced the factory clutch disc and flywheel after an amazing 374,000 miles! I hauled a lot of people in the cab, as well as a lot of stuff in the bed. And I've towed trailers for thousands of miles without trouble. AND it get's better fuel mileage than my Jeep and an... (more)
Story
I've been asked many of times if I wanted to sell my truck on the spot. Always puts a smile on my face. And no ... It's not for sale :)
Pros
Truck has been very dependable. It's very comfortable to ride in, especially on long trips. I prefer traveling in my truck over my car any day. It's nice to look at inside and out. It's well equipped. It feels great to drive traveling down the road. Great fuel economy if you drive it like a civilized person.
Cons
Ride is a bit stiff. The plastics inside can be a bit fragile. They are known to have cracked or broken dashes. Some of the trim pieces are a bit fragile, too, but what car doesn't suffer from that? Some of the engineering in the engine bay lacks foresight on having to work on the truck yourself. Some stuff wasn't thought through and makes it difficult to work on sometimes.

Overall, this is a great and handy little truck. It's capable of fitting plenty of things, hauling and unloading. I like that it's not a raised truck, as it is easier for me to get in and out since I'm a complete shortie. I don't love the noise of the diesel, but it is efficient.
Story
I love that we can use the truck to pull our camp trailer.
Pros
Pros: The exterior of my truck is in great shape. I love how large the bed is. I also like that the air conditioning is very strong, which has been a relief on long summer trips. I like that the diesel seems to get great mileage, and the cost of diesel fuel is inexpensive. The leather seats are also very comfortable.
Cons
Cons: The shocks are having trouble and the ride is a bit bouncier than I'd like it to be. It's not as smooth a ride as it could be. I also wish that there was more room in the backseat, and that it had true four doors instead of the doors it does have. My biggest complaint is the loudness of the diesel engine, though I do know that it makes it more cost efficient. I wish I could listen to music without having to turn the volume way up to hear it over the sound of the engine.
