Used Ford E-250 for Sale

This is very rugged vehicle. It has 102000 miles on it and the engine is very solid. I would not hesitate to drive it across country and back. The only issue I have had was I needed to replace the battery twice, and only replace one fuse. Nugget: I carpeted the back and put a bed in it to use for camping.

I purchased my 2004 EC250 (Econoline) Van on February 2nd 2013. It was formerly a Sears fleet vehicle; a strong selling point for the dealer. While I waited for the title to arrive from the DMV, I contemplated selling it. Meanwhile, the bumpy and pothole infested road of Oakland CA damaged a tie rod, which caused damage to one of the new tires before I could repair it. My wife got a job on the east coast and I somehow loaded all of our possessions, minus a couple of bulky pieces of furniture into the van, and drove it from coast to coast, loaded to capacity, and it survived, making the trip without the smallest mechanical mishap or complaint. The Ford “Triton” 4.6 liter V8 is a genuinely amazing and durable engine. In spite of its size, the overdrive feature of the transmission delivers a surprising 20 mpg on the highway. I still have the vehicle, and it is a financial burden; something that adds numerous complications to my life, yet I am loathe to let go of it for some reason. It is one beautiful, powerful piece of machinery.
