Used Ford Five Hundred for Sale

I purchased my 2005 Ford 500 pre-owned, with only 120,000 miles on it. Upon getting this vehicle, I have had to replace both front sway bars, the alternator, and the inner and outer ti-rod on one side. (The vehicle is now at 144,000 miles - I've owned the car for a little over 2 years). I'm aware that there is another issue with the car's suspension that I've been putting off repairs for. I honestly feel like the car has just had issue after issue, though after some time on Google apparently suspension is a common issue with this make/model of car. The car also has an electrical issue somewhere in it's system that causes the battery to drain - and require a jump start if the car hasn't been driven in 3+ days or so. (I drive almost every day, so this was only an issue once, but still.). Oh...and the AC has a leak. I'm honestly not fond of the car. I hate the car, but I'm determined to just keep up with the repairs and deep driving the car, rather than invest money in a new car. The car rides pretty smoothly. That's probably the ONLY good thing I have to say about the vehicle.

I have had nothing but trouble from this car since day one. It has been in and out of the shop for various things, and now the fuel sensor is out so I have no idea of how much gas I have at any given time. There is also an alignment issue that has defied and stumped the service department. I get a new set of tires and within months they are slick- literally no tread left on the tire. The car is hard to drive in rain or snow and is just generally unattractive. It looks like an old police car.

I enjoy this vehicle. It is very durable. It hasn't required any major repairs and is still running. It does have an issue with the braking system. The car will jerk to move forward while you have your foot on the brake sometimes, which is very dangerous. Overall, it has been a decent car for my family. We've had it since 2009. I also like that the gear shift is in the floor/middle console area of the car.
