Used Ford Excursion for Sale

I love this car because it is powerful and can easily tow our pull-behind camper even when loaded to capacity. We are a family of four and take it everywhere, including long road trips. We travel in comfort and safety.

The look is cool - nice and long. Looks cool to drive in, feels cool to drive. Being far off the ground is something you miss when you move to a sedan. It's plenty comfortable too, with lots of room. Not much to dislike. No significant noises or blind spots, however my car does make odd noises in cold weather - I don't know if that is consistent with this model but it is annoying. Rarely do I have to bring it to the shop though. The gas mileage is poor however, but that is the only significant cost. It is fun to drive! It feels powerful. The handling is not great but the acceleration and power were fine. I certainly feel safe and in control while I drive.

We purchased this Expedition four years ago in exceptional used condition with only 107,000 miles on it at the time. Our Expedition has room to comfortably seat eight. We are a family of six, three of which play travel baseball and the versatility of the seating is great! We carry lots of bulky equipment and equipment bags. The third row seating can be completely flat or you can choose to let the smaller seat down only. If we are taking our cooler and baseball equipment we usually choose to let the wider third row seal down, allowing us to still seat all six in our family. Both front seats are heated or cooled individually at the touch of a button. I am also pleased at the many ways you can adjust both the front driver and passenger seats. This is important not only for the comfort of the front seat passenger or driver but for the riders in the second row. The sunroof is very big and can be just tilted or fully opened. The ride is always smooth, even at this age of the vehicle. The leg room in all rows is also exceptional. An extra appreciated plus is the amount of cup holders!
