Reliable
I bought this car for work because I'll drive a lot. It is a good car great on gas and good in the winter. I drive around 400 miles for work each month. So this car gets about 40 miles to the gallon. It has been very good to me and I have had no major complaints so far. It is kind of small so if I go on a long trip with multiple passengers it can get a little uncomfortable. Also the road noise is a little louder than I would like but I can deal with it. Overall this car has made my experience with my first KIA great.

Unenjoyable and cheap
I got this vehicle while I was on a budget, and I certainly got what I paid for. The interior felt a bit better than the car performed, but it was so notably slow that when I was getting on the highway driving home from the dealership I had to struggle just to get to 60 mph. The car had an "eco" mode, but with or without it, it struggled to get 27 mpg in my mostly-highway commute. The system for changing the audio was absolutely abhorrent, and I'm a music fanatic so that's kind of a major feature for me, and I'd often have to struggle to sort through folders to find the tune I wanted. At one point, a cab driver crashed into me (entirely his fault), and the car did not handle the damage well, which lead me to believe that if the accident were more serious, I may not have fared so nicely. I figured it didn't matter, since it was the car that was meant to get me to the job that'd get me a nicer car. The real kicker is that, once I returned the car, I hopped into a far-nicer car (a Honda Civic) at a lower monthly price with less down payment. Either the dealership fleeced me, or the sticker price on that car was too high. It was not a pleasant vehicle to drive for the three years I had it.
