My Flex has been the best car by far in my driving life. It is very sturdy. When you hit bumps or turn corners you can feel the strength and durability of the frame and wheels. Ford put quality products and time into the Flex. I feel safe with my family inside of it. I love the SYNC service it provides and the connectivity to my cell phone. The safety features are great as well. My daughter can sit up front and the air bag automatically turns off due to her weight. The child safety locks and window lock is nice as well. Never had an security issues either. Had her for almost 2 years now used when purchased. I get 19 to 25 mpg highway. 15 To 19 mpg in town. I is a smooth drive/ride. So many computer features I have yet to experiment with yet as well. LOVE LOVE LOVE MY FLEX!!!

The car has been reliable so far, and we have not had to make any major repairs. It drives relatively smoothly, and it functions well (locks, windows, heat and a/c, etc.). It steers easily, and the mirrors are sufficient for viewing what's around you well. Our model has no back-up camera, but it does have a rear bumper sensor, which is a nice feature for a "no frills" model. I like the size. For the number of people it fits, it doesn't feel like you're driving a huge car.
