This is a great car for the money! It's got most of the features I wanted and/or needed in a vehicle and doesn't break the bank. Parts are not outrageously expensive compared to some vehicles. It doesn't seem to hold it's value as well as some other vehicles, however it's dependable and I'm not really interested in selling it anyway. It has never not started in the cold NH mornings.
Story
While taking a road trip one time, without any particular destination, my cousin and I jumped in the car and just made a decision to take a "left, right or go straight" at every opportunity. Our casual meandering took us through the beautiful countryside of NH and eventually, up into the White Mountains. We drove and drove, through pastures, small villages, steep mountain roads and back...All ... (more)
Pros
It has a decent sized truck. I can fit groceries, beach supplies and lots of stuff in there when I need to. The backseat is roomy enough for two car seats and I can still make use of the cupholder between them. There is ample leg room in the backseat. It's great on gas. I commute over 2,000 miles a month. I haven't had to make any major repairs to this car since I've owned it. It has all the major features I wanted/needed in a vehicle. I really like the way the cupholders are down on the driver's side right console and not on the dash. Insurance on the car is totally affordable.
Cons
It kind of looks like lots of other cars. There isn't much distinguishing about it. It would be nice if it were a little bit sportier looking. There seems to be a strange issue with the paint "pitting" on the hood.

I wouldn't say that I've been disappointed with this vehicle, but it has definitely not been the "car of my dreams." We bought this vehicle used, and perhaps when we bought it there had been a bit of wear and tear on it. We got a good deal on it, but it has cost us a lot more than we had bargained for in repairs. We have owned it for two years and have had to replace the ignition, the tires, the rims, the brakes, the AC, the battery, and several belts. We've also had to get the trunk fixed as it was leaking. This was a car that was only 4 years old when we bought it. It should not have had this many repairs. Outside of the repairs, performance wise it was weak. We had previously owned a Ford Taurus, and it could not compare with that vehicle at all. It's trunk was also smaller than we ... (more)
Story
I took our family out, as well as some friends. Some how we managed to get nine people in the vehicle, 7 in the backseat! It was fun, but I don't think anyone would want to do that again!
Pros
It was for the most part reliable. It got us where we wanted to go. Good speakers and sound system. Nice color. Nice feel. Nice look.
Cons
It had too many repairs. Small trunk. Would have liked better gas mileage. Performance was weak.
