I bought the Hyundai Accent on sale for $12.5K plus tax and registration last year. Thought it would be a good deal. I like the sunroof that it comes with; it makes you comfortable. I got the blue color, which is a pretty sea blue. The car interior is standard, similar to other makes. Leg room is standard, not to little, but not a whole lot. Comes with standard dash and free satellite radio for a year. The ride is dependable, comes with 50K mile guarantee, which lets you know this vehicle won't be breaking down. The ride is nice. I got the manual transmission version because manuals are easier to maintain, mechanically. This is a smooth shifting ride; I have no issues shifting. This ride is nice. I've got nothing to complain about, just overpriced though. This ride is really worth no m... (more)
Story
I originally found out about the Accent when it was on display at the mall. I thought to myself, this is a banging car. So I just shopped around later and bought the manual version.
Pros
I like the interior and the manual transmission option on this make and model.
Cons
The price. The base model on this regular price is 16 grand plus tax, way too much for an engine of this caliber.

Hyundai Accent is a great car for someone who lives in the city as I do. It is very small, which makes it extremely easy to park literally anywhere, even if parking is limited. For a small car, it has a lot of room in the trunk to carry all your groceries. I personally also have sports equipment and picnic stuff in there. Everything fits just fine! In addition, you don't feel like you have too little room when you drive this car. True, I would not recommend it for people who are super tall or very heavy. I am average height and a bit curvy, and the car works for me. The seats are comfortable. The interior is not fancy, but it is decent. I have two tween age children, and there is plenty of room for them in the back. The car has four doors, so it is convenient for the passengers to get ... (more)
Story
I live in an urban area where parking is limited. On the weekends the parking spots around my apartment building are all taken, which is annoying. There is one parking space which no one ever uses because there is a tree and most cars can't fit there. But my car is small, and I can totally fit there! This has become my weekend parking spot!
Pros
This car has excellent fuel economy. Once, I drove for 270 miles on just one tank of fuel! The car is small - easy to park. The car looks cute. Mine is red. It's adorable! The car is quiet, runs smoothly, does not shake even at fast speed.
Cons
It is not appropriate for people who are taller or heavier than average. They might feel a bit crowded inside this car.
