Hyundai Accent is a good car. It has a spacious and attractive interior, a nice assortment of available features, and a near-perfect predicted reliability rating. On the road, the Accent gets decent fuel economy and handles well.
Story
No story.
Pros
It's 1.6-liter, four-cylinder engine returned 33 mpg overall in our tests. That is good, but many larger, more substantial compact cars can match that.
Cons
No.

2018 Hyundai Accent - Fun, small, and agile

First it is base model, so it does not have any cool things. I would strongly prefer niceties like a display that can navigate, sun roof, heated seats and mirrors. It is also a sedan and not a hatchback. I feel hatchbacks are more versatile, and it was no longer an option in the '18 models. The price was really good though. I am a single girl with two tiny dogs so it meets my space needs for the most part.
Story
I only just bought it, so no fun stories yet. But I know I will be doing many road trips, cross-country trips, hiking expeditions in this vehicle, and we will make many good memories together.
Pros
The driving is very smooth. The car is nimble and responsive, very important in towns with as many potholes as this one. The gas mileage is amazing. It got 35 mpg going 80 mph against a strong headwind over 80 miles. During a 200-mile test going 55 mph, it averaged 48 mpg. The seats are comfortable even though it's small, and I have enough head room. There is a great sound system.
Cons
The trunk is small and has a small opening, making it difficult to fit larger items. As stated above, it is a sedan and not a hatchback, which limits versatility. There is no auto-option for headlights, and there are no daytime running lights. There is limited legroom in the back, but the seats are comfortable.
