I purchased this car new in 2005 for under $15,000. I was looking for reliable and reasonably comfortable transportation at a moderate cost. I have owned the car now for more than 10 years and it has met my expectations. Since I am retired, I don't do a lot of driving. I have put less than 5000 miles per year on the car. So I can't say that I've put the car to heavy use. But at the level I have driven it, it has performed almost perfectly. There were no major repairs needed. I didn't go out of my way to maintain the car much. I just changed the oil once a year and checked the fluid levels and tire wear. I replaced the battery once and also replaced the tires once over the time that I have owned the car. There was one very minor malfunction and that was that the gas gauge stuck and stop... (more)
Story
Last winter I had to go somewhere right after a heavy snowstorm and didn't have time to shovel the driveway. I just plowed right through about 6 inches of snow and well over a foot of snow at the end of the driveway where the plow had pushed it. The car didn't mind a bit.
Pros
Low cost Comfortable Reliable
Cons
Somewhat small Gas gauge broke and then fixed itself A bit tinny

I like this car because of the performance it has it has great get up and go doesn't drag like some cars and with 169000 miles on it still performs the same way it did when I bought it brand new in 2005. The interior has out performed any other car I have ever owned and is easy to clean and durable. I have not had any problems with the transmission or motor and it still has the original motor and transmission. I have had no issues with the cruise control or dash lights since buying this car. All and all this car has out lasted any other car I have ever owned. My only thing that I dislike about this car is the radio because it does not have where you can program your favorite stations. The only thing I have replaced in this car is a motor for a window.
Story
The trunk in this car is huge and having 4 kids that have a lot of stuff I can easily fit the stroller cooler and everybody bags in this trunk. We went to the zoo a few years ago and I didn't think I would be able to fit all of our stuff but a stroller, bags, suitcases, two coolers and a playpen went all in this trunk and closed.
Pros
The pros would be it's performance, easy maintenance, the style of this car is great not outdated but doesn't look like a spaceship like some of the newer car. The best thing about this car is the size not to big but not to small and is a smooth riding car. I like the interior because it is durable and easy to clean. The fuel economy is great I only have to fill up every 10 days and that itself is enough to keep me driving this car.
Cons
The radio is not the best in this car because of where it is located and not having a option to save your channels and the only other thing would be the tires sound like they make a roaring sound when the back windows are downs.
