Anyone looking for more bang for their buck in a compact car will be very happy with this car. First off, you start with the Nissan brand, which very often stands for itself. Additionally, this car is very roomy compared to other vehicles in its class. Although there are not a lot of colors to choose from, they are all modern, yet classy colors. And, the gas mileage is great. It did not come with an ashtray, which is great. However, it would have been nice to have a small compartment similar to an ashtray for storage in the dash area. It does come equipped with a small compartment to the left of the steering wheel for storage (great for sunglasses) and several open compartments in the dash area, though it is difficult to keep items from falling out. The cruise control is locate... (more)
Story
I drove this vehicle to work on a day when there was an ice storm in the metro Atlanta area. Most people in this area do not have tire chains. By the time our boss allowed us to leave, the roads were iced and almost completely blocked by people whose vehicles would not move on the ice. There were vehicles everywhere that had run off the road. I was traveling with a group of other vehicles tr... (more)
Pros
My favorite features of the vehicle are the roominess, the gas mileage, the hand controls on the steering wheel, and the auto-volume feature.
Cons
The top negative features of this vehicle are the storage spaces with no covers/tops, the cheap quality of the material that held the mirror covers on the sun-visors and the cheap quality of the material that held the prop-pole for the hood.

This is my first car so I have nothing to compare it to. It was a used car, purchased through the dealer and I'm it's second owner. It has pretty good fuel economy as far as I can tell. I travel about 15 miles a day, within a city and only fill my tank twice a month. In terms of comfort, it suffices for trips of longer duration of up to 5 hours. There is sufficient leg space for me as both a passenger and a driver and everyone in my family has pretty long legs.
Story
The summer I got married, we drove my car to the beach city where our wedding ceremony and reception were being held (we were already legally married, this was just the pretty part). It was 300 miles and four hours away. The car was stuffed full of everything we would need to stay at the beach for a week, including our cake. We were about an hour away from our beach house, sitting at a red lig... (more)
Pros
I love the trunk space! I frequently use the trunk to schlep gardening materials, school and classroom purchases, groceries, and other things. It feels like a much bigger trunk.
Cons
It is almost impossible to put the back seats down. I tried in order to transport a large furniture purchase. It took rereading the manual very closely and then searching out a video demonstration before I was able to figure out how to make it work. Even then, it was still absurdly hard to get the seats down; getting them down far enough to accommodate the package actually was impossible. The seats have no way to actually flatten all the way, which was very disappointing.
