I have never had any mechanical issues, even with 100,000+ miles the vehicle still runs and performs quite well. Although a little heavy on gas consumption, it could be worse.
Story
I drove this car all the way to the west coast to do some impromptu camping, and all the way up to Pensacola to spend a weekend in a beach house. Having this vehicle for road trips is amazing.
Pros
Large vehicle, with large power. Comfortably fits my entire family of 4. Very high safety rating. The leather seats and size of the coupe are the best features.
Cons
The only issue I've ever noticed is the gas consumption. I do wish the power was matched with higher gas mileage.

I have a base model 2007 Dodge Charger. This is actually the second one that I have owned. The one I have now is overall a wonderful car. I love the aesthetics of it, both inside and out. The previous owner did install a sound system in it, and in doing that, they messed up the wiring in it, so I did have some electrical problems with it when it was first purchased. This wasn't the fault of Dodge though, so I cannot mark against the vehicle itself for this. I get great gas mileage in it for its size. I would estimate around 28mpg. It currently has around 160,000 miles, and other than minor wear and tear, I haven't experienced any major issues with it. Story
I went out-of-town to visit my brother and sister for their 17th birthday. We went out to eat at a nice seafood restaurant. They each brought two of their closest friends with them, and every single person there got into an argument over who was going to drive my vehicle back home. I thought I was going to end up with six other vehicles and be robbed of my Charger.
Pros
I love the overall aesthetics of my 2007 Dodge Charger. The outside is sleek yet muscular. I love that this vehicle is as wide as it is. I feel a lot safer because of this. I feel that this helps when having to navigate turns at a higher rate of speed, and it definitely helps stabilize the vehicle when driving in high winds (we live in a very hurricane-prone area of the United States.) The interior is beautiful and well built. Cons
I don't have a lot of negative things to say about this vehicle. My Charger is eleven years old and has around 160,000 miles on it. The outside paint has started to peel and chip in a few places, such as the trunk lid, a small spot on the engine hood, and the front bumper. The front bumper color has faded to almost a red-orange color, which is quite noticeable against the maroon color of the vehicle itself.
