Smooth and sporty, but gas friendly.
After driving my Hyundai Elantra for 10 years, my 2017 Dodge Charger SXT is an absolute treat. My first car was all about practical efficiency, so gas mileage was something I carried into my decision to purchase the Charger. With a V6 engine, my SXT gives me extra power but I regularly clock 25-27 MPG, even when zipping around town. The seats are comfortable (including the back seat!) and I love the little luxury features like the heated seats and automatic mirror dimmers. I am a road tripper, so good trunk space is required and this car has it in spades. This particular model has an all touch screen media center and steering wheel button controls for music, Bluetooth phone calls, and cruise control. The car also offers optional manual shifting (and as a former stick shift only driver, I love this option!). I also love the scrolling vehicle info available on the dash. The two things I do not like are: there is no back-up camera with this model. Also, when music is connected via Bluetooth from your phone the speakers crackle sometimes. Lastly, I particularly love my color – Gold Mango – and the lines on the vehicle. As a 35 year old woman who lives at the beach, this car is fun and sexy!

Excellent car. Excellent value.
The car is excellent quality for the price paid. I have had it for well over two years now, close to 30,000 miles on it and have not had a single problem. It gets decent gas mileage, about 18mpg around town and 25+ on highways. The stereo, navigation, AC/heat all work perfectly. The trunk is huge. I used to have a horse and could easily fit my saddle and tack in there without any problems. The backseat has its own cupholders, seat warmers, and USB ports. Would be a perfect car to use for Lyft or Uber. The interior materials are of high quality. There is no wear and tear after owning it for 2+ years. It has been extremely reliable for me. It has a quick acceleration and does not get shaky even when on the highway. Going over bumpy roads is no problem because the car is so sturdy you can hardly even feel anything. The seats are extremely comfortable and have seat warmers which are great in the winter. Other models offer a heated steering wheel, but I opted out of that. The car is chic. Many cops in my state use the Dodge Charger as their vehicle so that should speak to its reliability and practicality.
