1996 Ford Explorer Still Running
I own a black, four door, automatic transmission, all-powered 1996 Ford Explorer. The interior is gray with fabric upholstery. My mother owned the car originally. I inherited it when she upgraded. This Explorer has less than 100,000 miles on it as it was and still is used primarily as an "around the town" car.

Have you Driven a Ford lately? You Should!
I have owned my Ford Explorer for over ten years. By far it is the best vehicle I have owned. I love that it has four wheel drive, which is very important in the snowy area I live in. I really like the way that it handles, the steering wheel is fairly tight, so if you have the urge to jerk it to avoid hitting something it doesn't spin you in a 360. What I don't like about this vehicle is the manual lights. I have to turn my lights on and off, and there is no sound that alerts me to them being on as I exit the vehicle. As you can imagine this has led to multiple times of my battery being dead from leaving the lights on by accident!
