I got this car because I needed something reliable to mostly get around town but also for the occasional long trip. The car is comfortable for going long distances and gets the good gas mileage I would expect from a sedan. The trunk is also surprisingly roomy; a trip to Ikea in this car is surprisingly reasonable. I've only now started having trouble with it at over 120,000 miles. This is a good car if you're looking for something pedestrian, something that will get where you need to go without being flashy. It has good get up and go from stoplights and will certainly hit 85 to 90 on the highway. It is a four door sedan, though so you aren't going to turn any heads and it's easy to lose it in a large parking lot. But as long as you keep up the maintenance it will take care of you in return.

This car has been wonderful to own. I bought it used from a third-party dealer and got a great deal for it. It is a silver hatchback with standard wheels. It is a front-wheel drive manual transmission. I picked the manual transmission because I live in Colorado. The transmission allows me to control the traction and engine performance better in rough weather, especially since this car is light weight with a smaller engine overall. The gas mileage has been great over the life of the car. The last time I checked I was getting ~27 mpg in the city. Not bad at all for a 14-year-old car! I like that the car is compact and durable. I really like the car reliability though. The past 11 years that I have had the car, I have not had a serious malfunction with it. The engine is still running great, and besides normal wear and tear on it, the car seems like it will continue to perform well and function as needed into the future.
