Initially, I was happy with the purchase however over time the car has not held up with use. Multiple interior parts have broken and this has been frustrating detracting from the look of the vehicle. Additionally, gas mileage has been less than desired, particularly as gas prices increased. The ride is more noisy than in other vehicles as well. However, the folding seat do allow for a considerable amount of cargo to be moved from place to place if this is your desire. Further, the roof rack is fairly low to the ground due to the size of the vehicle allowing objects to be placed with little effort on the roof of the vehicle. Regarding the engine I have had little problems and the car overall runs well. I currently have over 150,000 miles on the vehicle and have to do minimal maintenance... (more)
Story
We occasionally used the vehicle to go on camping trips. In this case the storage was a blessing. We took the vehicle up a mountain and the car handled well and provided comfortable viewing while we were on the blue-ridge parkway in NC.
Pros
From the stand point of pros, the car has run well with little to no problems. Additionally, I was able to use the vehicle for transporting numerous items during moves. The front drivers seat was also comfortable for the make of the vehicle which made driving long distances more acceptable.
Cons
From the perspective of cons, I would have to say that being able to hold conversation in the car was difficult due to the noise. I was also frustrated at time with the difference a few inches can make in terms of transporting larger items. Lastly, gas mileage was poor and this became more and more of an issue due to gas prices.

I have owned the vehicle for six years now. The car has held up great. In the six years it has only required routine maintenance brakes, tires, oil changes. It rides well and is comfortable. The trunk has plenty of room.
Story
I drove to south Carolina for a relative's wedding.
Pros
Has a big trunk. Rides very well. It is affordable. It has a great sound system. The car is made very well.
Cons
I honestly can't think of any cons pertaining to the vehicle. I has held up wonderfully. I had a BMW prior to the Tucson and after four years the starter went. Then the lower control arm. It was right after the warranty ended and because of the make of the vehicle it was much more expensive to fix.
